QuattroMill ™ is a generic face milling cutter. It is a simple solution, each cutter has more teeth, improves production efficiency, easy to use, reliability and precision, for the entire face milling application and materials.
The QuattroMill feature is a powerful square insert that meets the needs of the most challenging applications, and a powerful central locking screw and a quick insertion position make it easy to replace inserts. The cutter body is coated and prehardened, providing a large chip space for steel and stainless steel processing. Positive cutting rakes/negative radial rakes maximizes the ability of machine tools and increases productivity in stable and unstable conditions.
QuattroMill can cover all operations in a wide range of grades and geometric shapes. It can be configured in three different pitches: rough, normal and close, and the diameter of the diameter from 63 to 200 millimeters (2.48 “-7.87”).

The R220.88 cutter, which is inserted with SNMU, provides high cutting ability and the eight edges of each inserted economy. These tools have strong performance in machining of steel and cast iron, which can be divided into 12 and 16 types. The tool is suitable for rough machining and semi-finishing.
